Be Prepared!! On P.E. days, students must have a change of clothing in order to safely participate in the activities. T-shirt, shorts, athletic pants, sweats, etc are some clothing ideas and sneakers. Students may also bring water bottles, stick deodorant and shower items if they plan on taking a shower after P.E. Perfume sprays and deodorant sprays are not allowed. Some students have allergies to ingredients in those products. Students may bring in a lock to put on their gym locker.
Thank you!
Be Active!!!
Personal fitness is one of our main focuses for the students this year. Students will be keeping a fitness log and creating personal fitness goals that they will work towards during classes. One of them being the Mile Run! Depending on the weather and time of year, students will run the Mile 2 times each session. Once at the beginning and once at the end.
Topics to be covered
